High-volume sellers still must issue electronic invoices through FBR's digital invoicing path. Bulk Excel / CSV upload into PRAL-connected software is how many teams scale without re-typing every line into IRIS.
Why bulk matters
Each invoice still has to satisfy the same DI validation rules (buyer identifiers, HS codes, UOM, tax treatment). Bulk upload does not bypass FBR - it batches preparation so you validate and post many documents with fewer clicks, then fix only the rows that fail.
Excel → validate → post
A sound workflow keeps invoice rows in a spreadsheet your team already uses, maps columns to DI fields, runs validation, then posts accepted lines. Failed rows should report clear PRAL/FBR errors without duplicating invoices that already received an FBR invoice number.
Error control
- Validate NTN/CNIC formats before post
- Keep product masters aligned with FBR UOM for each HS code
- Do not “force post” lines that failed validation
- Archive success responses (invoice number + QR payload) for PDFs and audit
